- ELIGIBILITY: The "Alien: Earth The Hunt Instant Win Game" ("Promotion" or "Instant Win Game") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) who are in attendance at the Alien: Earth The Hunt activations (each an "Activation", collectively "Activations") as per the chart in Rule 4 below. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, Administrator, Cartwheel & Co, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Promotion or the Activations (including brand ambassadors and staff of venues hosting Activations as well as any persons involved in the creation, development or production (including cast and crew) of Alien: Earth ("Show") and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and successor companies (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible even if they are in attendance at an Activation. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Offered only in Activation cities as per the chart in Rule 4 below. Void elsewhere and where prohibited or restricted by law.
- PROMOTION OVERVIEW: The Promotion will be held at the locations outlined in the chart in Rule 4 below. Each location (that is, Activation) will have its own separate Instant Win Game with its own prizes. (Persons will only be eligible for selection to participate in the Instant Win Game offered at the location/Activation where they are physically present). For all locations/Activations, the Instant Win Game will be offered on a first come, first served basis to attendees at that Activation starting on or about 12:00 p.m. local time on Saturday, August 9, 2025 and ending at 6:00 p.m. local time on Saturday, August 9, 2025; however should all five hundred sixty-seven (567) opportunities to participate in the Instant Win Game be exhausted prior to 6:00 p.m. local time on August 9th in any location/Activation, the Promotion will end at that time for that location/Activation ("Promotion Period"). Administrator’s computer is the official clock for this Promotion.

- HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME AND WIN A PRIZE IS OFFERED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS AND IS NOT GUARANTEED. NOT ALL PERSONS IN ATTENDANCE AT AN ACTIVATION WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME AND WIN A PRIZE. At an Activation, every person who is selected by the brand ambassador and who plays the Instant Win Game will win a prize (subject to verification), with the specific prize potentially won being pre-determined at random. NOTWITHSTANDING SELECTION BY BRAND AMBASSADOR, PRIZE AWARD IS SUBJECT TO A PERSON’S COMPLETION OF THE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE, PLAYING THE INSTANT WIN GAME IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND VERIFICATION OF THEIR PRIZE.
If you are selected by a brand ambassador to have an opportunity to participate in the Instant Win Game, the brand ambassador will direct you to scan a QR code on your compatible mobile device* (a "Device"), which will bring you to the Instant Win website (the "Website") where you can register (with an access code [provided by the brand ambassador], your first name, last name, and e-mail address), play the Instant Win Game and find out the prize you’ve won subject to verification (each, an "Entry"). To play, complete the registration form, check the box acknowledging that you have read and agree to these Official Rules and click "Register". This Promotion is administered on behalf of Sponsor by Administrator. Administrator will use the information you provide in connection with this Promotion solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and under no circumstance will Administrator use said information for any other purpose.

A PERSON WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER/PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME AND WILL FORFEIT THE PRIZE WON IF A FX BRAND AMBASSADOR DETERMINES IN THEIR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THAT SUCH PERSON ENGAGED IN ANTI-SOCIAL, INAPPROPRIATE OR DISRUPTIVE CONDUCT, INCLUDING, BY WAY OF EXAMPLE ONLY: (A) PUSHING, PUNCHING, SHOVING, KICKING OR OTHERWISE TOUCHING ANOTHER PERSON (WHETHER A PARTICIPANT, FX BRAND AMBASSADOR OR OTHER); (B) MENACING, HARASSING OR VERBALLY ABUSING ANOTHER PERSON (WHETHER A PARTICIPANT, FX BRAND AMBASSADOR OR OTHER), INCLUDING ARGUING WITH FX BRAND AMABASSADOR IN CONJUNCTION WITH WHETHER (OR NOT) ONE WILL BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION, THE REDEMPTION OF A PRIZE (AS DEFINED IN RULE 7 BELOW) OR OTHERWISE; (C) ATTEMPTING TO "CUT" THE QUEUE/LINE OR TO INTERFERE IN ANY WAY WITH ANY BRAND AMBASSADOR’S SELECTION OF ATTENDEES AT THE ACTIVATION/LOCATION TO RECEIVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY THE INSTANT WIN GAME AND WIN A PRIZE; (D) VISITING ACTIVATION/LOCATION IN A STATE OF INTOXICATION OR IMPAIRMENT; (E) CONSUMING ALCOHOL BEVERAGES, DRUGS (OTHER THAN PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION), TOBACCO, E-CIGARETTES (I.E., VAPING), WHILE VISITING ACTIVATION/LOCATION; (F) FAILING TO ABIDE BY INSTRUCTIONS OF A FX BRAND AMBASSADOR SECURITY PERSONNEL AND/OR POLICE (TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE). PROHIBITION FROM REGISTRATION/GAME PLAY AND FORFEITURE OF PRIZE SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE THE SOLE LEGAL REMEDY AVAILABLE TO SPONSOR, FX BRAND AMBASSADORS AND ADMINISTRATOR UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES.
- WINNER VERIFICATION: Participant must show Brand Ambassador their mobile device with the winning message to claim Prize. Prize must be claimed prior to end of Activation. Participants may be required to furnish Sponsor or Administrator with proof of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules; and, failure to do so, or if proof of eligibility and/or Official Rules compliance is determined to be inadequate in the sole discretion of Sponsor/Administrator, it may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. IF AT A GIVEN ACTIVATION/LOCATION, PRIZES ARE UNCLAIMED OR FORFEITED FOR ANY REASON, SUCH PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED.
If due to programming, electronic, seeding or other error of any kind, the number of plays and prize claims received for any prize category at a given Activation/location during the Promotion Period exceeds the quantity of prizes allocated during the Promotion Period for that Activation/location as per Rule 7 below, only the indicated quantity of prizes allocated for the Promotion Period for that Activation/location will be awarded via a random drawing from all eligible prize claimants for prizes in that prize category for that Activation/location (excluding those prizes in such prize category for that Activation/location that have already been awarded). IN NO EVENT WILL MORE THAN THE PRIZE QUANTITIES SET FORTH IN RULE 7 BELOW BE AWARDED AT EACH ACTIVATION/LOCATION IN THE PROMOTION.

Odds of an attendee at an Activation/location being selected by Brand Ambassador to register for and play the Instant Win Game (and win a prize) depend upon when a given person arrives at the corresponding Activation/location as compared to other persons.
Odds of an attendee who has been selected to register for/play the Instant Win Game winning a specific Prize at a given Activation/location are as follows:
Alien: Earth Headphones – 1:93
Alien: Earth baseball cap – 1:8.3
Alien: Earth thermos – 1:3.7
Alien: Earth pin – 1:1.7
Limit of one (1) prize per person. If Prize claim is verified by Activation staff as being valid and participant is determined to be in full compliance with these Official Rules, Prize, except for Alien: Earth branded Skullcandy Crusher Evo Headphones Prize†, will be awarded immediately after Prize claim validation. Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport) may be required. Once awarded, Prize will not be stored or held for winner; and, Prize winner accepts full responsibility for safekeeping of Prize, with Sponsor, FX Brand Ambassadors, Administrator and other Promotion Entities disclaiming any and all liability for lost, stolen or damaged Prizes. Prizes are provided "as is"; entrants acknowledge that Sponsor, FX Brand Ambassadors, Administrator and the Promotion Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Color, size and style of Prizes will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any images of Prizes in advertising (including on display at Activation/location) are for illustrative purposes only and actual items awarded as Prizes may differ from such images for various reasons; and Sponsor, FX Brand Ambassadors and Administrator and other Promotion Entities disclaim any and all liability in conjunction therewith. No substitution or transfer of prize except with Sponsor’s permission or where required by law. Prizes are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of each winner.
†Alien: Earth branded Skullcandy Crusher Evo Headphones may not be awarded at the Activation/location on August 9, 2025. Rather, this Prize may be shipped to the winner at a street address in the fifty (50) United States or Washington, DC. Winner must provide Brand Ambassador with street address prior to end of Activation and should allow 6-8 weeks after Activation to receive Alien: Earth branded Skullcandy Crusher Evo Headphones. If Prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason (e.g., incomplete street address), the Prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded.
- CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Promotion and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any Prize, as applicable. By entering, entrants also authorize the Sponsor and its designees to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city and state of residence in programming, advertising and/or promotional material or on a winners’ list without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without obligation or additional compensation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.
Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Promotion in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned at a given Activation/location, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or technical failures, acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, materials shortage, epidemic/pandemic, acts of terrorism, or other matters beyond the Sponsor and Administrator’s reasonable control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion at a given Activation/location (including registration/game play or otherwise), a given Activation itself, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Promotion, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at a given Activation/location and perhaps other Activations/locations. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Promotion and make the Prizes available to be won (including the selection of attendees to have the opportunity to register for and play the Instant Win Game) at such affected Activation(s)/location(s) in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Promotion will be posted at the affected Activation(s)/location(s) , to the extent feasible. The Released Parties are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Promotion, including but not limited to: human errors, errors in the advertising, Official Rules, and at one or more Activations/locations selection and announcement of Winners, implementation of game plays, validation of prize claims, distribution of prize-related materials and shipment of Alien: Earth branded Skullcandy Crusher Evo Headphones Prizes (if applicable). Failure of Sponsor or Administrator (including a FX Brand Ambassador) to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.
Persons entering the Promotion further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Promotion and/or prevent others from participating in the Promotion.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION OR TO FORGE, MANIPULATE OR REPLICATE A GAME PLAY (OR OTHERWISE DEFRAUD SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR AS WELL AS FX BRAND AMBASSADORS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROMOTION) VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE PROMOTION, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT, VOID PRIZE AWARD TO SUCH PERSON AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
- DISPUTES: To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or the awarding of prizes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Central District of California/Southern Division or California State court situate in Orange County, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

- WINNERS’ LIST: For the names of the winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Alien: Earth The Hunt Instant Win Game Winners and the name of the Activation/location for which you would like to receive a winners’ list (e.g., Alien: Earth The Hunt Instant Win Game – Nashville), c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559. All such requests must be received by August 29, 2025.
